In today’s market, real estate brokers and agents need to keep their clients highly engaged. By using a Client Portal, agents provide a consumer version that directly accesses FMLS data. Through this portal, clients and agents can immediately compare and discuss available properties. Potential properties may be sent and viewed through the Client Portal. Agents will learn the fastest, most effective ways of sending listing information to their clients. In the Matrix Portal course, students will learn how to:

  • State how the Client Portal assists agents in providing service to clients and prospects
  • Use the Client Portal to share information with clients
  • Create automated emails for hands-free searching and delivery of properties to clients
  • Use the Client Portal’s tools effectively
  • Use the Auto Email Concierge Mode to refine properties delivered to the Portal
  • Use the Active Contacts screen to analyze a client’s activity
  • Customize Portal, Agent Branding, and notification settings
