During this session, the instructor will begin class with homework given from the last session on Lead Generation and journalism. During the last session the instructor will be tying all the previous seven sessions together, talking about how each of them are done systematically to help the agent run a successful real estate business instead of just selling homes. The instructor will talk about creating relationships with contractors, inspectors and lenders being mindful of their recommendations and ensuring they are not steering their clients just because of a relationship they have with a particular company.
**Post License Students will take their test immediately following the end of this session**

25 HOUR POST LICENSE CREDIT AT A FEE OF $129 (for all 8 sessions) – MUST ATTEND ALL SESSIONS AND COMPLETE THE TEST FOR CREDIT
