Course Description: This course will teach you everything there is to know about hosting successful short term rental. You’ll learn the ins and outs of running such an enterprise, including what it takes for registration with local authorities as well as the challenges and difficulties.

Course Objective: What is a short-term rental and why do you want to start one? The course is designed to guide your way toward success through the instructor’s knowledge base on topics such as marketing strategies, setups, management, challenges and rewards.
