Real estate professionals representing land will need a strong foundation of mixed skills to be successful.
The process of selling and buying land is one of the most overlooked and misunderstood real estate transactions in the world and can be very complex with many issues to consider. There are a number of things that need to be discovered, and verified before listing, marketing, negotiating offers and closing the transaction. A land evaluation takes analytical thinking, visual observation, due diligence and strategic planning.
