April 4 @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

Closing more deals is the name of the game. Taking care of the details in the life cycle of a sales contract is critical. As contracts define virtually every aspect of a purchase and sales agreement and any addendums, amendments and contingencies of a contract that the buyer and seller has agreed upon. It is all about the details From company to company and often from agent to agent, there are variations in how the contract lifecycle is defined. Nevertheless, the many lifecycle stages will be present in some form.

We’ll look at why successful contract management is so critical and how it can provide a distinct competitive advantage. We’ll also examine the many time sensitive performance requirements of a contract lifecycle, the components of a contract lifecycle management solution.
