Luxury Homes – Working with Buyers & Sellers

As a luxury home real estate professional your clients expect you to get the job done. You must establish your credibility and make sure that your luxury home buyer or seller understands exactly what you’re going to do for them from the beginning to end.
Be prepared: know what you’re going to say and do your research on the buyer, seller and area market before the appointment. Affluent, successful people appreciate someone who’s direct, knowledgeable, concise and of course, confident. …Don’t discuss price in the beginning, plenty of time later. Don’t talk too much about your company and accomplishments. Stick to business. If the buyer or seller brings up small talk, that’s fine. But keep the conversation on track. Focus is key.
