Freddie Mac. – Any homeowner has a long wish list of projects to improve their home: renovate the kitchen, add a deck, change outdated light fixtures, build an addition, update the heating system and so on. So, what stands between most home improvement dreams and reality is money.

Home improvement and renovation financing programs allows combining the purchase cost or refinance of a home with the costs to renovate or extensively remodel the property.
