Welcome to your crash course on working with New Construction!

Our very own Kim Potter-Byrd will be leading a 3HR CE class from 9:30-12:30 at the Duluth office on working working with Buyers looking at new construction homes. From the appointments and communications with the site agent to best advocating for your clients best interests, if you visit new construction homes, you will want to join us for this class.

Then stick around for the afternoon session with Calibre Home Inspections for another 3HR CE class from 1:30-4:30 at the Duluth Office. This course will go through the different types of new construction inspections and why it is a good idea to have that new home inspected before your clients close.

These are 2 separate classes being held at the Duluth office on the same day, so if you can only come for the morning or afternoon, you will still receive credit for the course you attend. But we encourage attendance in BOTH classes.
