BuyhouseEZ Financing – Buyers that do not qualify for a standard mortgage | 3 Hours CE
April 23 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
More opportunities to obtain the American dream of homeownership.
There are many situations that keep buyers from qualifying for a standard mortgage. Some examples are non-citizens who have an individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN) instead of a U.S. Social Security number, borrowers with less-than-perfect credit, income history, previous short sale, foreclosure, etc.
This new loan program BuyhouseEZ Financing is direct funding with qualification as simple as a few easy steps with our local representative. The process is convenient and fast. Job and rent history along with household income is verified, 10% down payment is required with a normal 14 day closing timeline with a local closing attorney.
Once the buyer’s affordability criteria are met, the qualifying PITI (principle, interest, taxes and insurance) monthly payment is defined with a fixed interest rate. The daily management of the loan is serviced through a licensed loan servicing company.
What is standard about this program? An approval letter is issued to the buyer, a mandatory escrow account for taxes and insurance, the mortgage contract is filed with the county and a security deed is issued when the loan is paid off.
Let’s help more homebuyers and close more deals. Learn the basics of this loan program and how to promote it.
