New Home Selling Expert

Almost every homebuyer struggles with the question deciding between the values of purchasing a new home verses an existing home. There is a lot to think about. Todays’ buyers want to take their time, ask questions, take a thorough look at everything and finish in buying with confidence.

Your responsibility as a New Home Selling Expert is to be able to articulate the vision of a new home, describing the lifestyle design amenities, quality of construction and present the advantages and disadvantages in analyzing new versus existing.  By doing so, you will help educate buyers plus build their trust as a result of your expertise.

This knowledge and communication will both endear you to the builder’s sales representatives in your market and get buyers into their sales office resulting in generous commission and bonuses plus assisting the buyer in analyzing builder incentives and concessions.

This course provides fundamentals of new home selling techniques – working with the builder’s representative, explaining the pros and cons of a “new home vs. resale”, energy efficiency, a high performance home, cost of ownership, affordability, sustainability and much much more.

Learning some basic techniques in the newly build home sector of the housing market as well as builder etiquette and protocol in working with the on-site agent can strengthen your relationship with your buyers and foster a healthy partnership with your area new home builders.
