All markets are seeing strong conditions and home sales are the best they have been in 15 years. As we are experiencing a sellers’ market, preparing the seller for the many moving tasks is critical, i.e., disclosure, repairs, “As-Is” condition, multi-bids, overbidding, raising interest rates, all the paperwork including title, HOA and now new payoff balance issues if the seller participated in a forbearance program during Covid.
