STEVE WAGNER

Since 1999 Steve has been the broker/owner/instructor for Virtual Properties Realty and has been actively involved in Real Estate transactions since1989. In 2019 he was elected the president of NAMAR, which is the 2nd largest Realtor organization in GA.

JAMIE MERTZ

Jamie is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Broker at Virtual Properties Realty. She is also a real estate educator and the director of the GA Realty School. Jamie is a Phoenix Award winner, lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club, and a Communities 100 recipient (three years in a row).
